The Moto G (2nd Gen) is now available for $139.99, a $40 off of its regular asking price, Latinos Post reported. The offer is for a very limited time. The ecommerce website Amazon is offering the white as well as black versions of the smartphone and users can also choose whether they want the US GSM model or the global GSM version.
The Moto G (2nd Gen) handset offers Android 5.0 Lollipop, a 2070mAh battery, a 5-inch 1280×720 display, 2MP front-facing camera, 8MP rear-facing camera, quad-core Snapdragon 400 processor, 8GB of storage and 1GB of RAM.
Meanwhile, the Moto G (2015) may be released in July. According to reports, the Moto G (2015) will sport a 5 inch or 5.2 IPS LCD display screen with a resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels. It will run on the Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system. The handset will be powered by Qualcomm's 1.7GHz quad-core Snapdragon 610 processor paired with 2GB RAM.
According to Day Herald, the Moto G (2015) will have a 16MP rear-facing camera alongside 4G LTE compatibility. Also, reports suggest that the smarphone will be available in all-white and all-black colors. The upcoming smartphone has an internal storage capacity of 8GB, expandable via a microSD card.
However, the smartphone has its drawbacks. Some of the drawbacks include average performance, speed and processing power. According to reports, the third generation device does not perform well with the latest Android Lollipop update.
